As the people of God, we are to emulate the Lord Jesus Christ by prioritizing and implementing what the Bible says about His glorious Church, which is His body. The Church is a supernatural, living thing. Jesus is the head, and His body (the Church) is the fullness of Him who fills all in all. How glorious it is when the body functions together in love, fulfilling all the will of God in truth. It’s a supernatural thing called “The Church”.

What’s the key to getting rest in your life? You have to believe. Your heart will be at rest to the degree that you trust God. To live a life of rest, you must find a way to use your faith. We can see in the scriptures that there is a “labor to believe” required before you can enter that rest. It’s more than passively waiting for something to happen, it’s connecting with the Holy Spirit. It’s finding a scripture, taking a step toward believing it, and developing a standing trust that God’s Word will come to pass.

This week, President Trump declared the U.S. would relocate the American embassy back to Jerusalem and formally acknowledged that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. While the Arab world is despondent over that news, Christians seem to be quite elated over it. But I'm not sure all Christians know why. Where do our Christian views come in? Is there any difference between our Christian stance and our American stance? Are we able to separate the two?
